1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bemo4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and bemo4d ("we", "us", "our", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the bemo4d website located at https://bemo4d.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

3.1 Age Requirement

By creating an Account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. 3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. 3.3 Restricted Territories

Certain jurisdictions explicitly prohibit online gambling or impose restrictions that prevent us from offering Services to residents of those territories. If you are located in or are a resident of any restricted territory, you are not permitted to register an Account or use the Services. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform based on IP address geolocation or other technical means. Attempting to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and funds forfeiture.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You may only create and maintain one Account on bemo4d. Creating multiple Accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You must immediately notify bemo4d of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

bemo4d is committed to preventing underage gambling, identity theft, fraud, and money laundering. To comply with our regulatory obligations and internal security policies, we require all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued identification documents (passport, national ID card, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank card photo, bank statement). Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal, but we reserve the right to request verification at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days will result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

bemo4d supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallet services (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is IDR 25,000 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. We do not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may impose transaction charges. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2-10 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party provider processing speeds.

5.2 Payment Method Requirements

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have deposited funds from a payment account not owned by you, we reserve the right to void all associated wagers, confiscate winnings, and close your Account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals that you used for deposits unless alternative arrangements are approved by our finance team.

5.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your Account dashboard at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 50,000, and the maximum withdrawal per transaction is IDR 50,000,000 unless higher limits are approved. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during business hours, though verification requirements, payment method limitations, and high volume periods may result in processing delays of up to 24 hours. Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal will be processed.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) all bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn; (b) withdrawals may be declined if your deposit has not been wagered at least once (anti-money-laundering requirement); (c) if fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation; (d) we reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals. Unreasonable or excessive withdrawal requests may be declined, and chronic withdrawal request cancellations may result in restrictions on your Account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

bemo4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly disclosed at the time of the offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the associated terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before bonus funds or related winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the bonus terms. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. Bets placed using bonus funds that exceed the maximum bet limit (typically IDR 12,500 per spin or hand) will be void and may result in bonus forfeiture.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bemo4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate bonuses (and any associated winnings) if we determine that a Player is abusing promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other Players to manipulate outcomes, and using promotional offers in bad faith. We maintain sophisticated fraud detection systems, and Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Accounts closed and balances forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.2 Account Limits

To help Players maintain control over their gambling activity, bemo4d provides several limit-setting tools accessible through your Account settings. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits, losses, and session duration. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately; increase requests are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to limits take effect immediately. 7.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe your gambling activity has become problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, make deposits, or place bets. In the event of obvious errors such as incorrect odds, palpable errors, or technical glitches, bemo4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at our sole discretion. Market results are determined by official sources, and our decisions regarding settlement are final.

8.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or organization. If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on the specific sport and market rules. Asian handicap bets (voor bola), Over/Under markets, and accumulator bets (mix parlay) are settled according to industry-standard rules, which are detailed in our comprehensive sports betting rules available on the Platform. In-play live betting odds fluctuate rapidly based on game action; all live bets are subject to acceptance by our system, and delays in transmission or bet placement are not grounds for dispute.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live equipment that ensures fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds. 9. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.

• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or similar technologies to conceal your true location or circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Our Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

bemo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity; (c) your Account has been compromised or is being used for unauthorized purposes; (d) you have provided false information or documentation; (e) continuation of your Account poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or our business operations. In cases of suspected fraud or illegality, we may withhold balances pending investigation and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is finalized, you must withdraw any remaining Balance (subject to verification and bonus terms). Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened. If you have requested closure due to gambling-related concerns, we recommend utilizing our self-exclusion tools to prevent future Account creation during your recovery period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available through the bemo4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, game interfaces, and data compilations, are the exclusive property of bemo4d or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

12.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform, bemo4d does not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or that access will be error-free. The Platform may experience downtime due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network issues, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services temporarily or permanently without liability. In the event of service interruptions, in-progress bets will be handled according to the relevant game provider's malfunction policies.

12.2 No Warranty

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. bemo4d DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 12.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, bemo4d, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bemo4d, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party; (e) your fraudulent or illegal activities conducted through the Platform. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your Account and these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles and, where applicable, the laws of the jurisdiction in which bemo4d's operating license is issued. To the extent that Indonesian law applies to any dispute between you and bemo4d, such disputes shall be subject to Indonesian law, provided however that this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to our management team for formal review. 15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bemo4d regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver by bemo4d of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by our authorized representatives.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. bemo4d may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any third party at any time without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all assets. These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

15.5 Force Majeure

bemo4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms arising out of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
